Think about the metrics for a second. Think about how many dictation minutes one is supposed to be able to edit ... I do that number and then some in a shift, but my LPH...and CLPH, do not match. IMO, NOTHING about this company is honest. They constantly have road blocks to keep one from reaching more money. IMO, it's all about perfecting their software, and that is why we are 'graded' this way. IMO, if this company truly was honest, the MTs would not be where they are today here.
