This was hard for me when I started out too. This is one of the few things where google isn't always a lot of help. I used Saunder's drug book, I think you can get it at Amazon. The drugs that should not be capitalized are not capitalized in the book, and it's also helpful because it cross-references generic and brand names. My expander lets me enter the drug and expand it to either be capitalized or not. I have shortcuts for some drugs but the ones I don't use shortcuts for I enter the full drug name in the expander and then have it expanded to retype capitalized or not. If that makes any sense :).
