Don't expect that "quarterly bonus" certainly, despite your performance one the time draws near to pay your bonus you will suddenly become the worst typist ever, your hours will be cut and you will be forced to work with an editor for your 2 hours a day for 2 weeks so, not only do you not get the "bonus" you also don't get paid. Also, they no longer hire in most states that have a decent minimum wage, why you ask, so you don't cut into their profits, and each editor has a different "perception" of how to type and you are IC only, not employee, so no benefits for you, and you will have to ADHERE to a set schedule despite your IC status, another win for NEMT, so if you like giving away your time and your work, for very little pretax pittance and even less after you as an IC pay all your taxes and expenses, than NEMT is right for you!
