FIESA is the program where we access our audits. In it, we can see each report that is audited and each report is assigned a score, based on the errors found. Cumulative scores 99% and above result in higher pay. Anything below 99% for the week results in pay of .08/line. In my case, the temperature value being off by 3/10 of a degree was graded as a critical error, dropping my score for the week to 95% (even though my other audited reports were 100%). The difference in pay between under 99% and 100% is roughly .02/line. Each week the score can change.
