I was with this company for three years and when they started slashing our pay, I quit. I just couldn't take it. Now a year later, I come back on this board and read some of these posts and cannot believe it could have gotten worse, but it did.
I don't know how N can keep any employees at all. It is absolutely the worst company to work for and I guess what really burns me up, is the way I was lied to, from the very beginning by the recruiter, but I was so desperate for a job I work for them and then couldn't seem to get out, but finally when I had a small window I did.
Please don't allow this to go on, try and find something, anything else and get out away from here.
