There's an M*Modal board on the left. To answer your question: Worked for a great company that was bought out by MM. Fast forward a year and a half. I ended up with 27 primary accounts from New Hampshire to Alaska, was being "corrected" by offshore QA, had been moved to a third different software platform, had my pay cut, made to do mandatory OT, and after 30 years in the business, making a little over minimum wage because of the quality of the VR and the pages and pages of client specs. I quit.
