exceed the submission rate. That will stop once the client starts reading the reports and sees all the errors. Seems like it would invalidate their contract with MQ. Maybe we should stop sending reports to QA, just guess at everything. Our defense would be that we were forced to do this.

QA is Tied Up and are fixing all the INDIA reports. Because, well, we know how bad the reports can get. QA has no time to fix UNITED STATES reports and so it causes reports to be LATE which means MQ has to pay fines. This way you in corporate will save money big time by stuffing your pockets instead of paying the fines. AND you will save even more money by basically making an MT pay you for their job.

YEP, it all makes sense now.

What about being audited? If you guess and are wrong - won't your audit score go below the 98% requirement - another headache to keep in mind.

I put downtime for the entire time, because I get paid by lines not by sitting at a blank computer screen waiting for work. I got a message saying that there was issues, but usually after a few minutes a job would come through. Did you check back in every 5 minutes. Again, I do not get paid for that.
