North Region screwed up - Just Sayin

Ever since this merge, my primary has been out of work, hardly ever happened before. Mine is out of work because they're getting mine because their's is out of work and viice versa. Everything was fine before this merge, but you know if something is working at MQ, they'll screw it up. It's pretty much like the old cesspool again. I have many words I would like to use right now, but I'll get in trouble on here. So I'll just leave it at that!

I totally agree with you. I have had NJA so much since this merge in the North Region and never had a problem with that before this merge, not to mention the cesspool. Oh I log on to do an 80 second job and then log off again, on, off, on, off. Just what are they trying to accomplish? I have had it with this place always messing around with us. You are exactly right, if it works and it is good, there must be something wrong so they need to fix it!!!

Ever since the merge, the work I do get, has been mostly accounts I was not doing before. I can see jobs in DocQManage that I normally do and I'm not getting them - even when they are late jobs.

I can see the jobs on the backlog list normally would come to me, but instead I get the cesspool. MTS from whatever accounts we merged with are probably snatching our accounts.

If we get comfortable with an account, the Q moves us. They save money if we have cesspool and spend time reading CPs.

I believe they did this because 1 of the 2 areas was constantly running out and the other was over-booked.

By combining these areas, they have gone back to the work being done the second it arrives and thus... TA DAAA... 100% TAT.

You know, I was informed a while ago that the CCMs do not get a raise unless they have above a certain percentage of TAT.

Mission accomplished. All CCMs in the North will now get a raise at our expense.

Yep, same here. CCM addressed this exact issue in an email to reassure us that we would still get our work as usual and vice-versa.

I had NJA 3/5 days last week and now once again it's here today.

Yesterday's "holiday" doesn't affect stuff like the big ones do, so I find it hard to believe that's the cause of NJA today.

I don't know how the workload was in the other area prior to this merger, but ours is sure screwed up since it.

I think CCMs are doing something to the workload to prevent the overtime that was being offered almost weekly prior to this merger.

I am still getting my primary, but I usually get low on work before my shift ends and I get put on other accounts which slows my production down. I think these changes are all about TAT. We were getting lots of work and getting overtime, and they always seem to want to end that.

and my supervisor's BOB has been pretty much empty for really the last month or more. I have had maybe 10 jobs of my primary, secondary and so on accounts that Im familiar with for at least 2 weeks. When I do get jobs from these accounts a lot of them have been hard to hear (background noise and such), some of the ASR reports have been horrible with a lot of added words and whole sentences left out. Always work Saturday morning, rarely have NJA but beginning to think it's going to be a regular thing now. This is my 3rd NJA this week. I feel sorry for those that get NJA every day. On your average day, 5000! Now, 70. I get that its a holiday, but I have run out for 3 weeks now. TSM said they over-hired and work went to India.. well, then get rid of the new hires already. This is ridiculous. Why would they hire more when they planned to ship more work overseas? Is this to train the new hires becuase they make so much less than some of us who have been here awhile? North region went from 4 accounts, to being tried on this POD Pilot Program and put on at least 10 more accounts, with a few having several divisions. After 1st week, workload fell way behind, over 1400 reports by this past Friday. When I am in an ASR report, I have been highlighting and then hit delete and put in the correct words/phrase and have been doing this for 2 years. IT IS WRONG AND BEING TOLD NUMEROUS TIMES BY THE INSTRUCTOR IN THIS LEARNING OF THE 6.1 TO NOT DO IT! Our region had an incentive where if you worked a minimum of 3 hours overtime you would get an extra $10 an hour on top of OT pay. Well, I put in an extra 3 hours Friday morning. Predictably there was NJA on Saturday during my shift, only for about an hour or so and since it was Saturday and my shift ends at midnight, I had to take PTO. Per my manager, that PTO canceled out an hour of my 3 hours of OT, meaning I didn't get the inventive. What a scam. Let& ...

I have a question. I'm in the SE region where the CTL quit effective immediately last week. Is our supervisor gone, too? She never is good about communication, but I sent her an e-mail 2-1/2 weeks ago which is still unanswered and there has been no communication of any kind for about 3 weeks. Shouldn't there have been a communication about our CTL leaving? Nothing is completed in Schedule Source, etc. ...
