Resume Bank/Jobs Wanted Board

is there a way to fix the search feature to where you can search for short terms? Right now, it won't let you search for terms like 'QA' or 'MDI' etc. because they're too short. It also limits you to one page of results. The Google search box we used to have worked much better. TIA. ...

I'm not sure where to post this... The resume bank is a great resource, but I wish it was a little more flexible. For example, the section where you describe what kind of work you're looking for is restricted to choices on the drop-down menu. Some of us wear different hats and are looking for IC work if we can get it and/or an employee position if it's a good one. So multiple choices or even free text might be more suitable. for the heck of it, and one of the resumes has "neg" cents/line and when I first read it to myself I read it as "negative" cents/line and thought what??
