Does anyone know if Webmedx benefits are any good? I have medical issues, so I definitely need somewhere that has good medical benefits at least. Thanks for your help!

They are pretty similar to what is offered everywhere, not great, but ok. Calendar year deductible $1500. Office visit copay $30. You must work 3 months to be eligible, and you must work a minimum of 40 hours/week and type 5500 lines per week to be eligible to have benefits.

Sorry, was not sure of exact amount and went in to look it up...for employee only it is $112.39 every 2 weeks (with each paycheck, so for yearly cost you need to multiply it by 26). I am not sure of the other rates. They actually did also offer an HSA this year, but as I understand, it was not recommended for people with many chronic or preexisting conditions. The costs are a fair amount more to cover spouse or family, but the individual rate is not bad at all.

A lot of the work is ISR, so the 5500 even while training is not that hard to attain (especially if you have used ISR before). There are a lot of navigational shortcuts that really help and there are e-mail help groups for both Shorthand and Instant Text, while the supplied and officially supported product is Shorthand. I would recommend getting on one of those and asking for help with these types of shorts if you start here, and people are pretty helpful.

The work has been plentiful since about November (it was really short for several months before that!). They have made changes to people's pooling and accounts and it does seem to have helped (crossing my fingers!).

So much fun filing for partial unemployment. Have to send in weekly gross wages, which MMODAL say they can't let me know that until 3 days before payday, which does not work, as I have to report WEEKLY or I lose benefits for that one week.
