Thank you. The issue is there is no +/- tab next to the comment section. The other 3 do have a +/-. The screen looks like it is "jammed" together and just no room for those tabs and I do not know how to enlarge that part of the screen. I did try the comment tab at the top but it also does not give any drop down options at all. Have asked employer and tried their suggestion of logging in/out but that did not work so hoping the Inscribe site will be of some help.
