I bet all the dislikes are from companies - who employ these illegal tactics

It's funny how many dislikes there are on this post. I guess these companies don't appreciate being exposed for breaking the laws! It's really very simple. Either abide by the IRS laws and regulations when it comes to scheduling and ICs or be prepared to treat people like actual employees and pay their payroll taxes.
