We have every right to "bitch" when companies are violating the laws and our rights as an IC. They have NO right to dictate our schedules unless they want us to be actual employees. I, for one, HAVE reported a company to the IRS for this exact issue and they were investigated and made to pay all of my taxes. The IRS does NOT ignore these complaints. In fact, they take them very seriously if you take the time to actually report it.
