I'm trying to get an idea if independent contractors should have to show their timesheet/invoice to their team lead. The office manager says they don't need to see it - we bill and they issue the check. But the team lead now says "I think I better keep your timesheets in a central location." I don't have anything to hide but it seems to me that it's none of her business.
Thoughts, anyone?
