lol.... No I'll gladly give them back - my gift to you. lol. Really hope you guys get all your former platforms up and running like they used to be as this must have been a nightmare for all of you.. It's been a NIGHTMARE for me signing on and typing some your Nuance accounts where the dictators were mumbling or speaking with such a heavy accent I couldn't understand whole sentences. Best of luck to all of you at Nuance... as we're all transcriptionists in the same boat, even though we're working for different companies.
