Looking at my total line count before their whacky calculations and adjustments, I only met/exceeded 24,000 lines for 2 pay periods and that was when OT was mandatory. I don't see any way 24,000 lines can be done in a pay period at 40 hours per week, much less for those FT folks working less than 40 hours.
