You may be denied UE, but you can certainly claim loss with the Labor Board of your State. See company board. Someone posted there and I checked it out and it is correct. Keep track of what you would have made before the rules are changed to what you are making now. Hopefully you have a contract from your hire, that helps as well. Save all pay stubs from before/after changes.
