It was a take over...They let those closer to the clouds THINK they were going to be in charge before they pulled out the rug. You learn fast the ships sails overseas and you are being thrown overboard while the ship sails away. Then, they take over someone else, put their people "in charge," throw old managers overboard and start again. The business model is well calculated and repeated over and over.
