If you don't want to post here, feel free to email me using the reply by email option. Did you voluntarily switch to PT or was it offered as a "go PT or we accept your resignation" kind of thing? I'm sure they are very careful in how they word things to cover their a$$es to try to avoid legal issues and avoid UE claims. I have never encountered such deceit from an employer.
