Trust me, moving to Nuance is NOT going to make you happier! I have never worked for a more ungrateful employer, and their "in the grid" pay system means if you don't meet all the metrics (lines per hour, accuracy, and pending percentage) then you aren't "in grid" and your pay is BASE. After giving them almost 10 years of my life, I was let go over a trimecard discrepancy, and when I tried to talk to them about it and brought up all the holidays and OT I had given to them, I was told flat out, "Nothing you have done in the past matters." That is not a company you want to work for. JMO
