I want to thank you for starting my Thursday morning off by calling from your car, on your cell phone, on speakerphone, while riding alongside an ambulance/fire truck/police vehicle with the siren blaring as you dictate! My job is so simple when idiots like you care so much and care enough about your patient that you would make it so easy for me to produce a quality, legal, stand-up-in-a-court-of-law document!
Yeh I know! Full of sarcasm and contradiction. You get the point though.
