Pending a job in EdiScript Version 11

Anyone on Editscript version 11, word 2013, having trouble getting the pending process to 'save.' It has been very hit and miss with me, so I cannot work on the account that really needs it. If so, you may send reply by e-mail. I am not a suit nor tracking anyone. I cannot get the reports pended even though I am doing the proper sequence as indicated in instructions. Why do I bother to pend anything at all??? Out of maybe 30 reports I pend 2 reports and those are only pended for leaving over the allotted number of blanks or because I am unsure about something of which I clearly state it in the pend note and then to get marked off as a major error because I PENDED it and the reason that is left is what I said in the first place. I was unsure of something in the demographic section because the speaker did not clearly state any number to match it up ...

Hi all, Any MTs who work on Editscript. Do you use the shortcuts recommeded by the program or do you do your own workaround and remap keys or use Shorthand to map a different key to do the same or a combination of key commands. I tried using shorthand to overide the other key commands in Editscript and it will not let me. I like to use my ALT K and ALT J keys to move forward and back in the report rather than CTL right arrow or left arrow, but it will not let me create that in ...

I haven't trained yet for new versions but I think I read somewhere we no longer have to worry so much about account specifics i.e. formatting for ROS, bolds or caps for headings. I downloaded the new version of Smartype, and I need to figure out how you get something not to expand like say if you type pm and it expands it but you don't want it to. The older version you could type the word and press the shift key while pressing the spacebar and it would not expand, but it does not work that way on this version.
