What kind of chairs are best for transcribing? 22 yrs and still can't find the right chair. Mainly backside/low back hurt and legs go numb. I am short also. Is it really worth saving up to buy an expensive chair?? Anyone use a roho cusion? I bought a cheap gel cushion but it was too "high" (2 inch one). ...

I have some low back problems and find that my posture is horrendous with sitting in a normal office chair; however, just the balance ball alone seems to be a little too low. It's been my experience that when there's a deluge of work all at once to be finished up, it's because the hospital/company is about to switch gears, with the MT suffering the most.
