WHAT IS WRONG WITH NUANCE? - They are also prejudiced against women!

This is in followup to the post below, but I am taking it a step further to state emphatically that Nuance is also prejudiced against women.
This is predominantly a woman-based occupation, many of whom are single. A lot of us have lost or are about to lose our homes. A lot of us have lost all shred of dignity and self-worth with these cruel and inhumane FIESA rules. A lot of us are are depressed and angry. A lot of us cry frequently.
The big corporate fat cats don't care one bit about us as long as they can keep lining their pockets with money from our labor. I, for one, don't begrudge them success, but just don't do it in a cruel way and give us back the pay that you stole.
Can you sleep well at night? Would you do this to a family member, or do you tell your family members to stay away from the medical transcription field? And will the ladies in HR please stick up for us? I would hate to put you in the same category as the big fat cats.

I don't dismiss the actual pain of MTs, but suits do, probably because depression and tears are a powerless response and powerless people are easily pushed around. A court reporter made a good point -- she said court reporters haven't had this conquest and monopolize gambit played against them (yet), probably because court reporting started as a male-dominated job so it had "value."
The ladies in HR will not stick up for MTs. They know who signs their checks.

It seems that Nuance has really gotten bigheaded. It really has become all about the mightly dollar to this company. No one is an individual anymore, no one gets treated like that anymore. I just got offered a new job with a local transcription company. I'll be making more money, no set hours, get the work done when I want to get it done as long as it is done by the next day. I am currently per-diem with a company that requires per-diems to work 2 holidays a year and we have to phone in to beg for work (0.7 cpl) BUT we are not included in any bonuses or the holiday gift card because we are only per-diems. I just can't understand it. For the past 2 weeks my line counts have been slowly dropping below the 1200 daily quota.
