On the Job Seeks Board is an ad for surgery notes --
The ad states:
This is an IC position with above-average hourly income, direct deposit and room for growth. This will be a full-time hourly position. This is a Monday through Friday position and first shift. We are closed for major holidays, nights and weekends.
Now, they've said they filled the position. This paragraph VERY CLEARLY DESCRIBES AN EMPLOYEE POSITION.
So who is wrong? The MT who says, give me the job and it's cool to misclassify me? or the company who blatantly is saying, "we want to screw you and the government out of your due?"
