Will the next employer guarantee you won't run out of work or pay you for downtime if you do? 2. Do they give you 401(k) matching at the same level Nuance does or better? 3. I have some low back problems and find that my posture is horrendous with sitting in a normal office chair; however, just the balance ball alone seems to be a little too low. Sorry QC was put on the grid and suffering losses (like we have), but from my point of view the more of them leave, the more work left for us.
