Leaving, not sure where but cannot take it any more - rock bottom

Left this company once before, to another company that was worse, if you can believe that and I will say their name Pre____. You should get it figured out.

What has happened with this switchover from Enterprise 5 to Editscript 11 is beyond belief. I'm the one who cannot pend reports, have reached out to everyone and anyone I can think of including IT solution center multiple multiple multiple times and this is falling on deaf ears.

My TSM tells me to work on the Editscript account full well knowing that if a report has to be pended I have to throw it back into the workpool and lose the lines. So far since 03.04.2015 when I started on this horrid platform I've lost almost 1000 lines thrown back into the pool.

I'll be in MUP because of that, and I'm so waiting for the MUP letter.

Right now the way I feel is just not showing up and having them calll me and then when I tell them I don't work for them anymore and at my convenience when I feel like it, they can get on my computer and take off their crap.

But, unlike some of you who work for a little extra change, I actually am the sole breadwinner and I need a job. So for now I'm going to have to suck it up and look at the next $300 paycheck.

Soon I will qualify for relief and I won't have to take out their health insurance. I can get healthcare.gov for way less money.

Really really depressed about this whole thing.

First, are any of your accounts still on Enterprise? I have one account still active on Enterprise and one on Editscript. "IF" you still have access to an account on Enterprise I would, if I were you, work that account only until your issue with EditScript is resolved. Screw what your TSM told you until IT fixes your issue!!!! (again that is what "I" would do)

Secondly, I received a MUP letter already several weeks ago and I am still here (not sure if that is good or bad.. lol) At this point, with everyone being switched to EditScript we are all going to be slow so you will just blend in with the crowd for a while.

If you absolutely have to work on EditScript keep a record on all your jobs with job numbers and lines if you can and send a daily email to your TSM and the person above her, who we have been receiving emails from over the past couple of days, documenting daily everything you have to send back.

Thirdly, find another job as quickly as you can, if you can. I'm already working a second part-time job far away from the medical community at large. The only reason I am still here is the insurance as sucky as it is.

I hope this helps and again this is what I would do if I were you. Only you can decide for yourself what you are willing to put up with from Nuisance.

Sorry QC was put on the grid and suffering losses (like we have), but from my point of view the more of them leave, the more work left for us. Just wanted to add my voice to the growing chorus of long-timers leaving the Q finally. The account I worked on for 15 years just up and vanished Monday - without a word to any of us. I applied for, and got, a job offer within minutes of sending my resume.
