That's interesting. My TL says at least 1 weekend day is a company requirement. Obviously I'm being lied to.

but did you know that some people have control over their own queues? They can basically pick what they want to work on. Stinks!!!

My TSM claims she can't live without me on this account and I'm holding it up, yet I can't get a decent schedule. What happened to starting out on the bad schedules and working your way up to better ones over the years? I'm over 15 years is now and have been with the same company (through multiple mergers) for 8 years now. Where's my good schedule?

There used to be almost no work on Sunday and it was a huge waste of my time. I pointed this out and asked for a M-F schedule and was told everyone HAD to work a weekend day, no exceptions. Suddenly the last couple of months the weekends have been swamped and I've been spending almost my full day doing stats from all of my many, many accounts and watching all the reports from my primary account not moving out at all unless I'm the one to do it. I guess my complaining about the lack of work on weekends got everyone ELSE on the account a M-F schedule, because there's even less work during the week now. Oh well, at least on Sundays I can actually GET work.

I'm also an above-average producer and have been here for over 15 years too. Now my account(s) are always swamped on Mondays too, but I refuse to work extra on a Monday unless they give me my M-F schedule back. I think there's more work available on the weekends now because everyone is jumping ship...and I'll be following soon!

Me too. They lost me with the pay cut. As soon as I find another job, - I will be gone.

Can anyone answer a question about this new procedure? I want to swap a shift for next week but having trouble understanding this new process. I guess if you want to work a different shift on a particular day, you would first need to post yours and make sure someone takes it before you claim another as you might end up working both - correct? So, our CCM sent out an e-mail that she has received a directive that if we are not working our exact schedule, we are going to receive an oral warning and then be performance managed. For anyone working at Landmark, when you make your schedule for the month, what is the least amount of lines you commit to a day? Reason I'm asking is, I've found Landmark runs of out work quite often. I've had my schedule set at 700 lines per day, but I feel like I have to be logged on for 10 hours just to reach that point since it's NJA a lot. Okay, I hate MM just as much as anybody here. The company sucks. However, what the heck is with all this whining about schedule changes and not being able to work the schedule you want. I have worked at least a dozen jobs in my life, cook, baker, park attendant, janitor, waitress, cake decorator, manager, in-house MT, etc. The only one that I can think of where I actually chose my schedule was the manager, and even then it was pretty restricted. Ever since the recent schedule changes has everyone been working what they are supposed to be working? Those who were changed 1 hour either way, did you stick with your old schedule or did you go to the new schedule?
