Schedule adherence - Schedule changed

Ever since the recent schedule changes has everyone been working what they are supposed to be working? Those who were changed 1 hour either way, did you stick with your old schedule or did you go to the new schedule? I'm curious because I'm having a very, VERY hard time with the new 1 hour difference and sticking to it. I do have a life outside MM and have things to do, people to see, places to go lol.

TSM has sent out a lot of emails lately telling us that we have to work our scheduled shifts and our entire shifts. So, my guess is that a lot of people are not complying with the changes.

I was already working during the hours they needed more MTs, so I wasn't affected.

What are the rules regarding start time? Isn't it 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after your scheduled start time?

We just got an email this morning saying there is no buffer. You have to work your absolute shift with no variation. If you end up having to work over one night due to a long job, then you may start late the next shift.

I really feel that is was wrong for them to state that we had to change our schedule for that 1 hour. What job asks that of its employees. It is a real imposition and I can relate to what you are saying. It is very difficult to stick with it.

I have been getting the same emails and I was wondering the same thing. I am really struggling with the hour change. I have kids and have to find means of transportation for them to get home from practice, etc. Our dinner is obviously delayed. I have been working the change as requested, but my production has suffered slightly.

Can anyone answer a question about this new procedure? I want to swap a shift for next week but having trouble understanding this new process. I guess if you want to work a different shift on a particular day, you would first need to post yours and make sure someone takes it before you claim another as you might end up working both - correct? So, our CCM sent out an e-mail that she has received a directive that if we are not working our exact schedule, we are going to receive an oral warning and then be performance managed. If there is no work, we have to put in a Q-Care ticket or we will be performance managed. Remember when we first were pitched the idea of working at home? I guess this is just a question to those who have been part of a Nuance merger in the past. Were you able to keep the schedule you were working before the merger, or were you herded into the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift spots? I work split shift over two of them right now. For anyone working at Landmark, when you make your schedule for the month, what is the least amount of lines you commit to a day? Reason I'm asking is, I've found Landmark runs of out work quite often. I've had my schedule set at 700 lines per day, but I feel like I have to be logged on for 10 hours just to reach that point since it's NJA a lot. Recently, I've lowered myself to 500, then 400, and was thinking of going down a bit lower and making them my part-time job. ...
