what do you have to do to get weekly bonus if PT - gottadosomething

Gotta figure a way to build this puny paycheck up and those quarterly bonuses are just a heartache. Had 99.7 for 2 months, then ZAP 99.4 and missed it again.

Thought maybe I would be better off focusing on weekly bonuses. Any explanations helpful.

This is how Nuance does things. Best get used - to it or find other employment.

They constantly zap the life out of you with promised bonuses only to find some "major" errors or others that bring your score down so they don't have to pay. Oh, I'm sure they do pay out bonuses to some lucky few because they need to show the bonuses going somewhere but I went through the same thing. Good quality until that very last one then BAM! you're out.

and up your hours. On a previous account, I got close a couple of times while working 35 hours a week. I had been on that account several years. That account was completely offshored and now my line counts are the pits. After that account, I had an account for about 6-8 months before it went exclusively to EPIC. The new team I am on has me with 4 different accounts. I will never see the weekly bonus.

Those "bonuses" are nothing but carrots - on a very long stick. NM

How about giving me some straight typing and compare that productivity rate to the ASR productivity rate????? But they can't take the truth! I'm sure my productivity rate will be low ..... and then they will tell me how to improve my ASR production! ..... I doubt it. I already use the short cuts.
