It is so exhausting trying to get your hours in with all the OOW. I can't apply for partial UE because I have another part time job (which also makes it difficult to sit here waiting for work all hours of the day), but I definitely would if Nuance was my only job.
The reason I have another job is I get absolutely too depressed being at the mercy of the goddawful FIESA and nitpicky QA.
It's absolutely disgusting the amount of OOW, even adding account after account, they are all out of work too!
If these accounts are going to EMR, why not level with us, Nuance?
Since us highly experienced MTs who are most familiar with the accounts get absolutely no advantage over the newbies, why not at the very least do something very basic for us: Make sure there is work in our accounts, stop the overhiring and the terrible scheduling!
How many people are employed to hire, schedule, etc., and if so why is it so horrifically bad? I guess the answer is that the only thing that matters is TAT and that means the amount of MTs OOW matters not at all.
It doesn't even seem as though they are worried about partial UE, so why is that? I guess as long as they only have to pay partial claims it doesn't worry them as long as the TAT is good.
