New hire, first full week to work, want to quit - how much notice should I give ?

I'm getting more and more frustrated with my company and their lack of good management, lack of respect, lack of intelligence, lack of manners, etc. I have never not given a notice but they are really pushing my buttons and would love to just not show up for my shift.
