I have had 6 (SIX!) reports come through, all having the same mush-mouthed, fast talking, whispering, ESL doctor. Oh, and the sing-song thing is really about to make me blow my stack. to know........ I questioned my TSM about those figures at the end of your time cards, the QA percentage? Mine kept going up and down in HUGE margins week after week.
