Work this weekend so TAT is good. Good for who? Not me. I don't get paid enough to care. Makes MTSO look good. Why don't you take some of your profit and pay us a decent wage? I'll take 8 cpl for VR, which is the going rate for ST for the past 20 years. Sorry but I'm not scheduled weekends, therefore, I do not work weekends. My family and me time is more important.

consider yourself fortunate to have a M-F schedule. How did you - manage that? Most of us have to work one SM

But then, we all know how unfair this company is. If you kiss A, you get what you want. Not saying the above poster did that. There are all kinds of discrepancies with this company. Some are provided equipment. Some are not. Some don't have to type the grunt work. Some do. The list goes on and on. Does not surprise me at all.

I too would like to know how you got M-F. Nonetheless, if you hate Nuance that much why don't you quit so one of us who want the work can have your schedule.

Moving within 6 months. Have been job hunting in my new area. Will be out of this field after 30 years doing something new that I enjoy. You can gladly have my schedule then.

I have enjoyed being a MT up until the last couple of years. I used to go above and beyond the call of duty - worked extra when asked, took on dictators others would skip over, etc. Then came VR and everything went downhill. Communication totally horrible because THEY know we are pissed. I would continue being a MT if I was paid at least 8 cpl for editing as well as ST.

I cannot afford to live on my salary anymore. Working 10 to 12 hours a day is not an option. I'm lucky my husband has an income. I don't know how you single moms/single people do it.

It's just not worth it anymore. I've totally lost interest in it and cannot wait to start something new.

NJA on a weekend with a bonus going on!!!! What an exercise in frustration. And to make matters even worse, I received a recruiting e-mail from the boss....looking for new transcriptionists. Same old yada, yada, yada. It seems like they set my minimum at too many lines for me to ever achieve it so I don't even try. BUT did you read the towards the bottom of the email where it says that the payout is Nov 25 EXCEPT for former spheris employees who will get their incentive $$ ON OR BEFORE NOV 5!!??? I work for the NorthEast section of Medquist and my supervisor wanted to verify all of our hours before we started getting locked-out of working hours other than our scheduled hours.
