I was having a good day, until I went into Fiesa...I have decided that one particular dictator--who speaks what he probably considers fluent English (He is American), is going to review for every report because he is the one I get poor scores on...
I am constantly guessing if he said "and" or "in" or "on," and I missed a period....he backtracks, leaves words out, stumbles, and CANNOT pronounce even the simpelist of medications...let alone spell them, he spells them wrong too, hard to even understand the letters he is trying to say sometimes. He sounds like a nice doctor and older, but from now on, all his reports will go for review, and of course, this will be counted against me because it will most certainly put me over the 10% every week.
So I must choose, over 10% or below 99%--either way--no bonus.
In reviewing a particular report from this MD in Fiesa, I put down a medication. The post audit shows that the editor left a blank where I put the name of the medication (as if I had gotten it wrong), but the critical error was highlighted and 0 points were deducted.
Later on in the report, the medication was mentioned again. If I had left a blank, I would have gotten a deduction and told to look elsewhere in the report as the medication was mentioned more than once.
So what is being said here? The medication was wrong or just at that particular point in the report, he/she did not hear it? I have no clue.
Thus, another example of how Fiesa DOES NOT help whatsoever.
