Even though it takes 5 minutes for them to figure out my first name. They are really nice. :) But I bet the company is forking out big time money to other vendors to fix the problem. Hope everyone is sick with the flu and cannot fix the problem.

about 4 years ago when they were down for several days and that was with US techs.

Just long enough so they don't have to pay us downtime. By the way see message - frustrated

I could no get to the policy on the Intranet site to see the policy for downtime pay. I know it has to be down a certain amount of time before we get compensated. The HR link on MMODAL Intranet says it is broken.

I thought it was over 4 hours. I think this will - last longer.

No minimum time for downtime - sm

I have been paid as less as 15 minutes of downtime in the past. I usually call and get my own ticket number and they will link that ticket number to the master ticket. I also email sup with times I was down and ticket numbers as a reminder.

Wrong! Downtime is paid immediately when system goes down. - instructions inside

Clock out when system goes down. Clock back in immediately, stay clocked in, fill out remedy ticket, clock out when system goes back up. Send supervisor message to allocate that time to Downtime. Log back into DQS, clock in, start working.

The maximum paid downtime per incident is:

MQ Technical Downtime: 8 hours.
Employee Technical Downtime: 24 hours.

For this incident they will pay up to 8 hours.

something like "correction to previous" email regarding line rate increase.
