cant get into teamwork, all my saved info is gone - and medquist doesnt work to sign in

anyone...did they change something? used to be medquist then my number then password...

and cant get into docqscirbe - it says shut down and wait 15 mins

why do people not write down all their passwords. - aaaa

There is no way they expect us to remember all the passwords for the 15 different accounts, plus the teamwork, etc., that we have to use. Please write down all your passwords and keep them in a safe place when finished at your computer so they can't be seen by others. I keep mine in a rolodex with a lock and move it away from my computer into a locked cabinet every day after work.

Yes, the password thing is nuts, and you can't use the same user name and password for all, as they each have their own "rules" as to what the username is, what is expected in the password, etc. Benefits, Ultipro, Teamwork, Mail, DQS, etc.

I write mine down and keep in a hidden place.

I am pretty confident that my husband is not going to turn on the computer and try to pull up an old report when he cannot even check his own e-mail. We are so worried about a password when they send our medical info overseas. They dont worry, why should we? Shoot... the doctors dont even dictate where a million others cant hear what they are saying. HIPAA is a joke.

I just got my new computer and couldn't log into anything either. I've been booted off DocQscribe 3 times after logging in.

then they at least won't have access to passwords for everything. I'm not worried about what everyone (doctors) are doing, I just care about myself. I can only control things from my end.

Major error because I did not send a CC, which I am sure I did, I remember doing it. I remember reading here before something about this and it was proven that changes made to the document were not being saved, Tech Support was involved. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? This is so frustrating. I am sure I sent that copy. I have mentioned to my TSM in the past that way too many people were complaining of the same issue for it to just be discounted. ...

the new computer is vista with word 2007. the old computer ran XP with word 2000. i have backed the auto correct entries up on a jump drive but cant figure out how to install in word 2007, any ideas? also need to download a new spell checker or figure out how to get the old one from word 2000, as I cant find the CD where I orginally installed stedmans. I've been logging in and out all day and every time I log in there is NJA. I can see in the back log that our region is wiped out. So, when I'm in Teamwork, do I list my shift as "excused absence no work" or "PTO unscheduled", if I want to be paid for my shift? I can't afford to take it off with no pay because I need the income for my first insurance premium coming out this check. Is "excused absence no work", unpaid? Thanks in advance! ...

Just wondering if anyone knows if what we as MT's see on/in our Teamwork/leave requests is exactly what TSA/Teamwork sees? A few times already I noticed that Teamwork sometimes changes my times. Today I clocked in at "9:06" and I diligently wrote down the time as I always do. When I went to clock off, it said my clock-in time was "9:07." I read somewhere that our times are rounded to the nearest minute but then why isn't it always done? ...
