I left MM over a month ago. I interviewed for a job the very next week and they hired me on the spot. The money was wonderful, hourly only. It was soooo sweet! Money great, people there great. I thanked God every day for it. Then, on the 4th week, I was informed that my job there was over. HERE AGAIN...they have no MTs anymore. WHAT?!!!

Consequently, I am not ever, ever, ever, going to go for an MT job again. I love the work so very much. This feels to me like a part of me died. What a let down. I am looking again but, for the last time, I am not looking at MT jobs. If it is still working for you to be here, then great. I know there are people that still work here and love it. I used to be the biggest supporter of MM because I had a job. I want so badly to understand why we as MTs are now nothing in the eyes of these companies. It doesn't matter which one, they all stink. I am usually an "up" person but, no more. I think the humanity is gone.

I too am so tired of what is going on in this field. I feel I never no what is truly going on with my accounts-can only speculate. The TSM does not seem to give a hoot, does not always answere emails, but will definitely tell you when something is wrong, etc. I am having a difficult day in my personal world, and this just is so disappointing to know I can never relatively on this job. Always getting NJA, every day at some point in the day. I think it is terrible what MTs are paid. I realize I decided to work here, but when you compare the haves to the have nots, it seems not right.

Oh well, I also feel like it could be worse. At least I have my home, family, and health- they are blessings- need to stop feeling sorry for myself!!!

Is this really true? I was already on the fence about it....I despise ADHI but at the same time realize having CMT could possibly help find a job and sometimes (rarely) get a CMT diff. Not to mention the test cost $300 whether you pass or not. So now you have to pay to pass the RMT? This can't be true. I mean, if you can pass the CMT you should be able to pass the RMT w/o having to PAY for it. ...
