Does anybody else think that MQ just does want us to not pass audits? - mom2huskies

Does it seem like no matter what you do it is not good enough? Here lately it seems like they only audit the worst dictator. The only reports they have audited for me lately have been ESLs lately. Maybe that is their way of trying to get rid of me. Maybe they want to thin the herd and just send it all to India.

I just hope to find something soon outside of MT. I have been looking.

I'm not sure why but I think they are auditing the worst dictators. On my last audit, all of the jobs picked were the worst and pickiest of all the dictators. Whether there's a nefarious motive or they're just thinking that gives them a better assessment of our abilities, I have no clue.

I have noticed on my last 2 or 3 audits that they only have been picking the worst dictators. I do not mind if they pick a bad dictator; but when they do not even pick an average dictator that makes me think that they just do not want us to pass. Maybe that is their way of thinning the herd, that way they can just send everything to India.

They just seem to find enough errors to where I am just below 98% at 97.9%, LOL.

That may very well be what they're doing. If so, they're doing it to QA too.

If they are, they must be really mad at me for passing. LOL

If I was an auditor and the MT's score was 97.9, I'd downgrade one of the piddly errors to make it a 98. ESPECIALLY if I'd only audited the worst of the worst or the hardest dictators. That's probably why I'd never cut it as a suit. LOL

On one report I had; she will take the garbage out and the person auditing changed it to she would take the garbage out. How does that change the overall context of the report? If she had not given me an error for that I would have been above 98%.

No way would I have bothered with that if I was an auditor. Wonder if they get paid by the mistake they find?

Why are they marking for minor errors now? As a newbie 15 years ago if they audited like they do now I would not have lasted one month!

Is this really true? I was already on the fence about it....I despise ADHI but at the same time realize having CMT could possibly help find a job and sometimes (rarely) get a CMT diff. Not to mention the test cost $300 whether you pass or not. So now you have to pay to pass the RMT? This can't be true. I mean, if you can pass the CMT you should be able to pass the RMT w/o having to PAY for it. ...

I cannot seem to pass these MT tests to save my life. I spent all last week testing. I've been informed I've failed four tests. From what I've read, the CCS exam sounds difficult and I'm curious if any Andrews grads passed the exam as soon as they were finished with the course. Can somebody tell me what this audit/QA procedure is now? I'm so confused with when they are done, how many reports are done, etc., etc. I had been told earlier that 5 reports would be randomly pulled monthly and checked. You would be notified you had been audited and the results. If you passed, another 5 would be done the next month and so on. If you didn't pass the audit, then a redo audit within 7-14 days would be done on another 5 random reports. ...
