Sheesh. It is obvious they think we have the IQ of a 5-year-old and need to be told the same thing multiple times in case we didn't read it the first 3 times.

I think its something more this time. I read the email to my husband and his first thought was that they needed support people for perhaps another project or something that was going wrong some place else? Also I wondered if perhaps support went out on strike?

actually did call support to get into Ultipro. Got a person in the UNITED STATES!!!!! Maybe it was a problem in India or something.
