I called support, and now it says you can be transferred to an International. Well, guess what I got..... I was on hold several times, because he had to look up my "file." In the end he was not able to help me. Told me to call my TSM. Then I looked at the confirmation email they send out with the summary fo the "incident" and the grammar is horrific.
What happens if you work night shift, you know you will get International, because their afternoon is our night. That way they don't have to pay Americans differential to work 24 hours a day anymore is my guess. However, if you have to call TSM to get a resolution, they only work set hours during the day. I am so peeved right now, I think fire is going to shoot out from eyes.
