I know a lot of us are dealing w/ NJA frequently, and I was in that boat yesterday, but today I wanted to poke out eyeballs. My last job came in w/ half an hour left in my shift, it was 15 minutes from being out of TAT (the TAT on this WT is 2 hrs), and it was just over 50 minutes long. I stayed on for just over an hour to complete it because I've been told since day 1 that it is Never acceptable to reject a job (I understand when it's a situation where an MT has an emergency, lightning, doc appointment already scheduled, etc.), but I have this situation w/ this particular account frequently. If we're being monitored, why does this keep happening? I'm tired of wavering between NJA & getting nothing but "rejected" jobs. I can see when Dr. Bad's (not a real name, example only, and said auth sucks) jobs are in queues & then mysteriously end up in mine.
