Rejecting SR job? - cs

I knew someone posted this recently, but I tried to reject a SR job and it wouldn't allow me?? F11, tried shift and alt keys and I couldn't get this to work. Also is there anywhere in the website showing how to do this. I am on cornerstone.

I know a lot of us are dealing w/ NJA frequently, and I was in that boat yesterday, but today I wanted to poke out eyeballs.
