Can someone please tell me what I have to put in to log in to QCare? I'm an ex DSGer and just found out today that we have to log in to QCare and put in a ticket if we have no work, but no one seems to know how to log in. Do I have to enter a provider or is "default" ok? What would my MQCentral User ID and what is my MQCentral password be?

Your User ID and password are the exact same as you use to get into e-mail, ie., john.smith password

Once you are in there, go to create new service request and under "service request" drop down box, select No Work.

Then fill in the rest of the page and click submit and then save.

Hope that helps. Oh yea, write down ticket number after you click "submit" and put that ticket number on Schedule Source for the day under notes so that you get paid your 15 minutes of downtime.

Thanks, I'm in. That took me to another page where I put in firstname.lastname again, which took me back to the first page, but then when I clicked login, it worked. Weird.

But when I try to fill out the ticket, it's gives me an error message. I give up for tonight. Maybe tomorrow it'll work.

you also have to go to the bottom where there are some dropdown lists to fill in your region, state, and downtime option. Hope this helps.

Okay, yes I am upset. What part of this ph1no1 person??? did not understand when I sent an email to Support that I COULD NOT GET INTO QCare!!! I have dial up.
