Anyone who had not received their pay 03/23 who has received it today please post here. It would be nice to hear when and if you got paid.

It was not a mail issue. The checks were never sent. I am waiting for the FedEx people myself. I hope we all receive it today. It has been too long now.

However, according to the e-mail I got from MModal, we'll be getting paid by overnight delivery (Fed-Ex maybe?) If so, I think Fed-Ex promises delivery by 10:30 a.m., so the waiting game continues!

Yeah a friend told me what happened last night with regards to their paychecks. Do they use ADP? My husband's company does and that's never happened before.

But at any rate, our mail comes between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. I can NEVER count on it coming at a certain time ever. We have 3-5 different carriers that I've seen though so maybe that's why. And ALL packages seem to come on different trucks. Like parcel and priority would be one truck and overnight and whatever a separate truck. I have yet to figure it out lol.

10:30 for Fed Ex? I sure hope so. I am not doing well here. Utils pay is now overdue. - MMMT

I sure hope FedEx shows up soon. Will have to go to emergency aid if I can find it for my city if it gets much longer. Has this ever happened here before because I sure hope never again. This was my first paycheck here.

I know when I have received overnighted stuff (like when I was purchasing this home and I can't remember what else recently) if they said by 10:30 a.m. It was there (I assume that's what you were told). FedEx never messed around.

As far as I know this is the first time this has happened, but I don't do paper checks and I usually don't come to this board.

Check arrived at 9:35. I believe everyone should have them by 10:30 or so.

You can say what you want about this company but pay has NEVER been an issue before unlike most of the others...this was a legit mistake Im sure

I know they use a payroll service, but it makes you wonder what kind of payroll service would foul up this badly! I assume there was a "power outage" but how could they NOT know that the checks weren't printed and sent?!

At least they made it right by overnighting the checks.

I'd make sure when they redo their contract, assuming they use the same payroll company, I'd have them have to pay HUGE fines for stuff like that. It's unexcuseable and it took the payroll company nearly a week to fess up? Really crappy business practices payroll company.

I've been working with my company for almost a year now and i'm wondering if I should start looking around at other compaines. I graduated from M-Tec last summer and got a job about a month later, they started me at 0.055 cpl, then in December bumped me up to 0.06 cpl. I could really use some advice. I worked for a company for 6 months and then quit when accounts were being lost. I am owed over $3000.00 (I quit over 6 months ago). . . . we have to retype the entire VR job because it is 99% WRONG. It seems like it is getting worse instead of better. The last week practically every job has every fifth word right but the rest is wrong. At some point it quits being voice recognition and is pure transcription. Detail. Then click on a job number and when page comes up on job view pull down, select Count Log file. THAT will show the job you are getting paid on. It will show the multiplier etc. Doesnt matter what the final line count is. That may not be what you actually did anyway. Final line count is the count they are paying you on, not necessarily the count you actually did. ...

This was posted on the wrong board, but somebody suggested MTs get paid for testing. Well it certainly would put a stop to MTs being used.
