I'm in the South and started out with NJA this a.m. when I logged in. Then, got 2 jobs and again NJA. Has been that way for >1 hour, so logged out. Don't know what I'm going to do. Got my semi-annual letter from MQ yesterday and what do you know, benefit pay went down by $0.50. Next time I guess I'll be paying the Q to work for them. NOT!! Am really frustrated. Pay goes down because of low production; production goes down because of NJA, but I still am penalized for it. Really sucks!! End of rant, for now.

workflow in India - enigma

With the mismanagement of workflow (I'm sure they have enough to keep us busy, perhaps they are trying more stuff to get us to quit), I am wondering if they are making them work midnight shift in India too. They just need to switch and then everyone can work days!!!!

Actually, I think their days is our nights. About a 12 - hour difference depending on time zone nm

we are supposed to call our RTL which we have a list of 3 who work different shifts and they are to try and find work even out of your own BOB.

And in my region we are a day and a half behind so we're getting all sorts of "help extra, work OT, bonus, incentive" offers. I am sick, sick, sick of having my phone ring and if my phone isn't ringing my blackberry is buzzing with e-mails. I'm working 10+ hours a day sometimes. I don't mind the paycheck, yet there are times when I read up on this board and see postings like yours and feel awful that there are people not getting work at all.

I'd like to work a normal 6 - 8 hour shift and not hear my phone ring in the evenings or early in the morning, or weekends for that matter! I asked my CCM why the work isn't distriubited evenly, got no real answer, just something about regional sectors yadda yadda yadda. Asked if that couldn't be taken care of with a couple of clicks of the mouse and she just kind of giggled and said "you'd think!, but unfortunately no".

I'm gonna send brain waves in your direction, in hopes that you get some of what I'm doing. Afterall, we're all in this together here at the CrazyQ.

Wow, that's interesting. Ever since the merger, work in my region has been a trickle except on the weekends, even with a couple of "helper accounts." My CCM was never satisfied if there were any jobs in the queue, though. She called it a "backlog" if there was ANY work. How can they justify hiring people to just sit around and wait for work????

Ours from the West has (thankfully) gone back to being another MME like the rest of us poor mortals. I found her e-mails to be bossy, snippy, condescending and picky to the point of absurdity. All these companies stink and this job rots...I put my resume in on Thurs w/ Keystrokes and they hired me on Friday at a higher line rate 9cpl...Got the shift I wanted but not the days off which really doesn't matter to me, just have to flex around some existing doc appts. This has always bugged me. It looks better with P.R.N. (all caps) at the beginning of a sentence, instead of P.r.n. (just first letter cap'd). Also, P.O. or P.o. at the beginning of a sentence. 1. Does anybody know if there is a keyboard shortcut to get back to the beginning of the audio? With 6.whatever you just went back to the beginning of the text and then did control m to put the audio there and went to the beginning because of the skip markers, now with no skip marker, it only goes back to where the actual report starts, not the beginning of the ADT, if it will go back at all. I like 7 way better in all other aspects, but having to manually slide the audio back over with ...
