Did anyone see this message and what do you think? - Coder in training

There is a message on the main board by "Not Sure," with a subject of ICD-10. What do experienced coders think about this?
It is not based on any facts at all and probably the doom and gloom person - Regular attack as scheduled

This appears to be our regular doom-and-gloomer appearing as schedule.
That message was ridiculous and not based on any facts. Anyone can make any kinds of claims and appear to be credible when they are not.
Yep, our regular gloom-n-doom person strikes again! - sm

Yes, that does appear to be our regular gloom-n-doom announcement. Right on schedule.
It is complete nonsense. It is so full of it that I can't figure where to start to refute it.
Pay it no mind, dear. It is just wrong.
Google it? - Andrews student

Search on topics such as ICD-10 computerized, ICD-10 automation.
There is a lot of info out there,
not so much here.
One word: Wacky - sm

That's the only word that comes to mind. Wacky. You can read anything on the internet. That's just another example of it. You did the right thing asking.
One word - invalidation - Andrews student

Just because it doesn't fit your own ideas. I'm just suggesting obtaining objective information, like from the websites of companies that are creating such software - so don't go calling me names.
The "Wacky" was to describe the post on the other page that was not objective - Not calling you names
[ In Reply To ..]
Good heavens, I was not calling you names. The idea in that original post on the other page was wacky, not you. Don't jump to conclusions. The topic was that weird post that had said ICD-10 was going to start out with all automation, which is poppycock. I called the idea wacky. There was no need to go into the details of why it was wacky because it was so over-the-top.
"One word Wacky" was not in response to YOUR post - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
If a post is in response to yours, it will be indented under it, not just following it.
That post was indented beneath the original poster, so it is responding to her post.
In other words, the fact that something follows you as you does not mean it is about you.
I'm just wondering when was the last time any of us took a moment and researched outside of this forum to get a better idea of what is happening with the MT industry?
Someone had asked last week for a listing of the largest? MTSOs. I posted regarding the KLAS MTSO study June 2008, but I wonder just how many MTs actually read it and absorbed the information that was made available to them within the free study.

Did anyone else get the message from Massanotti? What do you think? Also, I went to medquist.com and was struck by the fact that they are marketing front-end dictation systems with SpeechQ, thereby eliminating transcriptionists altogether! I am not surprised, any way to get us out of the picture will make them more money. It just seems odd that they would tell us on one hand that they value us and then on the other try to get rid of us altogether.... ...

below who seem to adore MM so much (although a couple of you I don't really believe work for MM or are even MTs for that matter), what would be the tipping point for you to say enough is enough and start to hate on MM as much as some of us? If they went down to say a penny a line with 100% accuracy would you still love it as much? Just curious. ...

This is a message to the cherry pickers on my new account. Well, you got greedy, skimmed so many of the money-making jobs that it became apparent to all of us including management.
Now, you've lost your jobs. But during the time that you took part in your malfeasance I have nearly lost my home and had my car repossessed. Each work day was literally a nightmare well I struggled with one crappy job after another without relief. My first pay chec ...
