Does anyone else find mistakes in reports that have gone through editing in India and are loaded with punctuation errors and mistakes not picked up. One today was under PE and the MT put in team under the ear exam and it was TM. I am finding wrong dates typed into reports as well as grammer errors and other errors that the editors in India do not seem to be picking up. I do not do a full proof of reports I am supposed to be editing but I do check dates, medications and dosages, and lab data and just do a quick scan of reports.
I am not sure what the editors in India are doing, but they sure are not "editing" reports.
