Editing from India - Kitty Lady

Well, as usual no work at 5:00 a.m. at beginning of shift.  When I started getting reports one or two at a time they were all editing from India.  No wonder no work in the early morning lately.  Good thing I have a second job.  Had to be there 1 hour after I finished at mmodal.  Worked 1.50 hours yesterday, all editing from India.  Today 7 reports in total.  All editing from India.  Looking for another job.  A cashier job that I am applying for pays $12.00 to start.  Hopefully they will hire a 61-year-old.  Done with this work--watched the pay and benefits go downhill.  Talked to a person in the military, he stated that his raise for this year was 1%, down from 1.5%.  Told him in the last 12 years all I had was pay cuts and no raises in all this time, incentive pay gone.  When I originally started with a different company bought out by Spheris I would get a incentive bonus of $150 every two weeks if my QA was above 99.5%.  Got the incentive every two weeks.  When Spheris bought the company, first thing to go was the incentive, was replaced by a 0.003 incentive if you went over your line count.  

 Five hours into my shift and only 9 reports done with about 300 lines.  Grand total of $9.00 for five hours.  Whoopee!!!
