I, too, live in California. I'm a level-3 MT, getting mostly ESLs and other difficult dictators. I've brought my QA percentage down from 22 to 20% but it's impossible for me to go any lower with what I'm being routed. It looks like our job description has changed dramatically. Because of these new changes imposed by corporate, I'll now be getting paid 3 cents less through no fault of my own, but a different job description, not what I was hired to do. If this isn't supposedly due to Indian off-shoring (covered by the Trade Act) but simply corporate greed or their need to become "competetive," i.e., to fuel their implementation of their EPIC program, would we still qualify for unemployment in California?

[ In Reply To ..]we had the choice to send to QA or leave a blank, which is what I have been doing for the past few months per email from CCM. If it is something that is not possible for me or QA to get, I leave a blank. If its a new account to me and I think someone else might know it, I send it to QA --usually a couple a week is all.

[ In Reply To ..]yesterday and in there it says we have a choice to send to QA or send to the client..I read this as its client ready if you have to leave a few blanks that are impossible to fill in even by QA.
The other thing I mentioned was an email stating I was a client ambassador or something weird like that -LOL- and was allowed to leave blanks for 2 or less in any report. They had been bugging me to me MME but I had refused.
Um, you hit the nose on the button! - This is MQ way for fuel of their EPIC program.

I just know deep down this is the company's way to what you stated, FUEL THEIR IMPLEMENTATION OF THEIR EPIC PROGRAM.
MQ keeps stating clients want this and need to cut cost or we could lose clients. Well, TO WHO? I do not believe clients will leave. Where is the competition? MQ is the largest and now wanting to buy Spheris. MQ keeps stating it is for the clients. We are doing everything for the client. Is that really true? Are clients in control and taking charge? I REALLY DO NOT THINK SO!!!

had difficulty finding a job with an MTSO and suspect it is because you live in CA (they probably don't like the fair worker's laws we have here, ie, having to pay our benefit rate for OT, having to pay for NJA, etc).
